#4: The Water Ad That Practiced What It Preached
Denver Water could have filled this entire billboard with a giant message about conservation, but that would have ruined the point. Instead, most of the sign is missing, leaving only the small orange panel that says, “Use only what you need.” The structure itself becomes part of the message.

It is funny because the ad is almost aggressively literal. Even the billboard seems to be conserving materials, which makes the environmental reminder feel sharper and more memorable. Rather than lecturing people, it turns restraint into the visual gag, and the empty space does all the talking.
