#6: The Forecast Was Already on the Billboard
This billboard barely has to say anything because the whole sky becomes the ad. Designed like a giant search window for “real-time weather reports,” it leaves the middle open so drivers can look straight through at the actual clouds. It is simple, clever, and almost annoyingly obvious in the best way.

Instead of showing a fake forecast graphic, it turns the real weather into the answer. Sunny day, cloudy day, stormy day, the billboard updates itself without any screen or animation. The joke works because it makes people realize they were about to check something that was literally right above them.
