This road safety sign creates the exact problem it is warning against. It tells drivers, in huge bold letters, “Don’t read this billboard while driving,” which of course means everyone has to read the billboard to understand the warning. The message is serious, but the delivery is accidentally hilarious.

That contradiction makes it impossible to ignore. It wants people to focus on the road, yet it uses a giant roadside sign full of text to say so. The warning about distraction is valid, but the billboard turns itself into the perfect example of what not to do.
