#49: The Billboard That Was Bill, Bored
This billboard wins by doing almost nothing. A tired-looking man sits beside the words “Bill, bored,” and that is the whole joke. No product, no long explanation, no dramatic slogan, just a simple pun stretched across a giant sign in the middle of the skyline.

The blank white background makes the boredom feel even stronger, like the billboard itself cannot be bothered to decorate. It is so dry that it becomes funny. Some ads try hard to excite people, but this one seems proud of being the visual equivalent of a sigh.
