Nostradamus Predictions That Actually Came True

“In the year 1999 and seven months, from the sky will come a great King of Terror, bringing back to life the great King of the Mongols.” This is one of Nostradamus’s most specific-sounding quatrains.

When July 1999 passed without any such apocalyptic event, many declared this prediction a failure. Some argued it referred symbolically to political or military upheaval, while others insisted it was a mistranslation. Regardless, the lack of a “King of Terror” from the sky in 1999 marks this as one of his misses.
