Rosario Dawson
Rosario Dawson is an acclaimed actor, director, producer, author, and political activist, who has made a tremendous impact on entertainment and humanitarian causes in the US and abroad. She is also a staunch defender of LGBTQ+ rights, having founded the anti-bullying organization ‘Voto Latino’ in 2004. She has used her public platform to amplify the voices of transgender people, advocating for greater visibility and acceptance for this marginalized group.
At the age of 15, Dawson was watching from the outside as a commercial shooting took place on her block. Somthing about her caught the attention of the director and the screenwriter, and they approached her and offered her a role. They saw the potential in her when she was only 15 years old.
