During the 2000–2001 television season, Bo appeared in a recurring role on Two Guys, a Girl and a Pizza Place. She played Irene, a romantic interest for Johnny Donnelly, the character portrayed by James Brolin during the sitcom’s later episodes.

The role allowed her to work within an established comedy ensemble rather than carrying an entire production.
