E.E. Bell played Bob Rooney, one of Al Bundy’s close friends and a proud member of the “NO MA’AM” men’s club. A plumber by trade and beer lover by hobby, Rooney fit right into the show’s brotherhood of over-the-hill guys who bonded over complaining and avoiding responsibility.
